Focus CD This CD uses music and biofeedback to assist children and adults to become aware of what the body feels like when it has an experience focusing. When we experience what it feels like from the inside to focus our minds can be taught to draw it’s attention back when it feels the focus drifting at times when it is of importance to us in learning or social contexts.
